1. Order Processing
Processing Time: : Orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Order Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent immediately after purchase. A second email, including your tracking information, will follow once your order is dispatched.
2. Shipping Methods & Free Delivery
Domestic Shipping (Within India): We partner with leading, secure logistics providers (including Sequel Logistics & BVC Logistics) to ensure secure and timely deliveries.

Standard Delivery Time: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days.
International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
3. Packaging & Security

Signature Requirement: A signature is required upon delivery for security purposes.
4. Delivery Acceptance Guidelines
Inspect Before Acceptance: For your protection, always inspect the package for any signs of tampering or damage before accepting the delivery.
Refuse Delivery: If the package appears compromised or damaged, please refuse delivery immediately and contact our support team.
5. Order Cancellations & Modifications
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. A 1% payment gateway charge may be deducted from the credited amount.
Modifications: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours of purchase by contacting customer service.
6. Returns & Exchanges (7-Day Store Credit)
We offer a straightforward exchange policy to ensure you find the perfect piece.
Exchange Window: Exchanges for Store Credit are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Processing Fee: A flat deduction of ₹500 will be applied to the final store credit amount for all returns and exchanges.
Condition Requirement: The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition, with all packaging, documentation (including the IGI Certificate), and tags intact. Any item showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be approved for exchange.
Exchange Policy: : Customers may request an exchange for 100% Store Credit within the 7-day window. For further assistance, please contact customer support.
Replacement & Exchange Shipping: You can request a replacement or exchange for your order as per your requirements. The replacement will only be shipped after the initial returned item has been picked up or delivered to our facility and passes the quality check.
