No. There is no visual difference between a lab-grown diamond and a naturally mined diamond, even to an expert using a standard microscope. Only specialized, advanced equipment used in gemological labs can conclusively identify the origin of the stone.

B. Ordering, Pricing, and Payment

All prices on the Gaurakkii website are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of the applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).

We accept all major secure online payment methods, including credit/debit cards and net banking. Your order is processed immediately after full payment is successfully received.

12. What happens if I want to cancel my order?

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, minus a 1% payment gateway fee. Cancellations after 24 hours incur a larger ₹1,000 processing fee plus the 1% payment gateway fee.

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The standard delivery time is estimated to be 5-7 business days from the date of dispatch.

16. Is a signature required upon delivery?

Yes, for security and insurance purposes, a signature is mandatory upon delivery for all orders.

17. What should I do if the package looks tampered with?

Immediately refuse delivery. Do not accept the package if you notice any signs of tampering, damage, or compromise. Please contact our Customer Support team right away.

D. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

We offer a 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You must initiate a return within 7 days of delivery. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

19. What are the fees for returns or exchanges?

A flat deduction of ₹500 will be applied to the final refund or exchange value to cover handling and processing costs.

20. What are the conditions for a return?

The item must be returned in its original, unused, and unworn condition, complete with all original packaging and the IGI Certificate. Items showing any signs of wear or alteration will be declined.

21. If I exchange an item, when will the replacement be shipped?

The replacement will only be shipped after the initial returned item has been received at our facility and has passed our quality check inspection.
