1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for eligible products.
Eligibility Window: Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Type: The purchase amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Processing Fee: A flat deduction of ₹500 will be applied to the final refund amount for all returns.
Conditions:
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and include all original packaging, certificates, and documentation (e.g., IGI Certificate).
Exclusions:
Items that have been resized, altered, or damaged post-delivery.
Products previously exchanged under this policy.
Certain items, such as earrings, may be ineligible for return/exchange for hygiene reasons unless found to be defective.
2. Exchange Policy
You can also avail of a direct exchange for a product of equal or higher value.
Eligibility Window: Exchanges are permitted within 7 days of delivery.
Conditions: The item must meet the same original, unused condition requirements listed above.
Processing Fee: A flat deduction of ₹500 will be applied to the exchange value.
Replacement & Exchange Shipping: The replacement will only be shipped after the initial returned item has been picked up or delivered to our facility and passes the quality check.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
Within 24 Hours:
Orders canceled within 24 hours of placement are eligible for a full refund, minus a 1% payment gateway fee.
Beyond 24 Hours:
Cancellations after this period will incur a ₹1,000 processing fee, along with a 1% payment gateway charge.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Initiation: You can initiate a return request from our website or app, or by reaching out to our Customer Support team.
Obtain a Return Authorization:
Our team will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and provide secure return shipping instructions.
Reverse Pick-up: Once the request is booked, please ensure your availability for the reverse pick-up and answer calls from the delivery partner. Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the pick-up, requiring re-initiation and increasing the overall timeline.
Secure Packaging & Shipping:
The item must be securely packaged, ensuring it includes all original documentation.
5. Refund Process
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Credit Issuance: Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
6. Additional Terms
Gaurakkii reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria or shows signs of post-delivery damage or alteration.
